LIDD implements Enterprise Resource Planning systems and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) direct the nerve center of your business, serving as the accounting system and central place to manage orders, inventory and master data. LIDD implements Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly MS NAV) and provides support and improvement services for NetSuite.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) direct operations within the four walls of your warehouse, optimizing labour and the inbound and outbound flow of materials. Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) are sometimes incorporated in WMS as well. LIDD implements Generix Solochain and provides support and improvement services for HighJump.
Our knowledge of supply chain operations ensures that solutions are optimized for manufacturing and distribution environments. With dozens of implementations completed, our team has seen it all. Our rigorous methodology takes the joint LIDD/client team through project planning, requirements definition, site preparation, testing, training and ultimately implementation. Then we stay with clients for the long-term by providing in depth continuous improvement.
By implementing ERP and WMS, LIDD helps companies:
Improve supply chain productivity by increasing labour productivity and reducing cycle times
Enable traceability from raw material consumption to finished goods distribution
Reduce friction across disconnected systems by integrating software and defining which systems hold master data
Scale for growth by standardizing processes and setting up systems that can handle vast increases in the volume and variety of transactions
