- Accounting and Financials
- Customer Relation Management (CRM) and Customer Support

- Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Production and Inventory Management
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Native eCommerce Platform

- Etc.
NetSuite’s many features make it a powerful and highly customizable “all in one” ERP system suitable for companies of all sizes operating in any industry.
LIDD Is Your Partner on Your Way to Success
When it comes to ERP systems, there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” solution. That is why NetSuite is capable of countless configurations: it has the needed flexibility to adapt to your operation’s specific requirements. However, short of a deep technical knowledge of the system, that flexibility will often lead to poor implementation.
To ensure NetSuite’s full success in your organization, it is critical that you find the right implementation partner, a partner who knows the full breadth of the ERP’s capabilities and has a precise understanding of your business, its needs, and your strategic vision.
Much More Than NetSuite Experts
LIDD is a North American leader in supply chain management consulting. Our NetSuite Managed Services are but one of the many ways in which we help distribution and manufacturing companies streamline their processes, optimize their physical and technological infrastructure, and achieve greater ROI.
Our teams operate with a customer-centric, multi-disciplinary approach. We involve supply chain experts from diverse backgrounds in all our projects to produce remarkably precise analyses of an operation’s current state and requirements. This enhances our experts’ capacity to recommend, develop, and implement NetSuite configurations that truly fit your operation’s requirements.
LIDD’s NetSuite experts will help you achieve integrated solutions, optimize processes, and afford you real-time granular visibility into your whole operation.
Data-Driven & Capital-Protective
We focus on aligning your ERP system with your business’ unique strategic objectives to help maximize your operation’s potential and achieve rapid growth. To do so, we begin all our projects with a rigorous audit of our client’s operation and IT architecture. During that process, we leverage millions of lines of your operational data to precisely determine your business requirements.
Working in close collaboration with your teams, we develop detailed roadmaps that specify the project’s overall plan and budget. Our roadmaps can also list triggers and milestones that signal the opportune moment for new investments in your IT infrastructure, such as:
- Acquisitions and Divestitures
- Quantified Levels of Growth in Sales or Staff
- Going Public or Obtaining Venture Capital Funding
- New Sales Channels
- New Product lines
- Etc.
At every step of the project, our ROI-focused framework, disciplined execution, and responsive project management safeguards your capital against bad investments. Counting on years of experience with NetSuite and supply chain environments, our analysts recommend actionable solutions that protect you from “theoretical solutions” that risk being ineffective and costly to implement.
Whenever possible, LIDD aims for the early delivery of customer ownership, which entails that future users are included in the project’s realization from the very early stages and trained by our experts to use the system’s capabilities. That approach fosters greater familiarity with the solution when it goes live and thus significantly reduces the time needed for NetSuite to perform optimally in the client’s operation.
Seamless Systems Integration
Our services include the integration of solutions that lead to true omnichannel efficacy.
LIDD assists companies in the integration of applications and third-party systems via APIs and EDI solutions providers – such as TrueCommerce and SPS Commerce. In all cases, our experts fully manage the solution’s implementation and maintenance in collaboration with the client’s teams, their customers, vendors, and 3PL trading partners.
While LIDD is a proud Celigo partner, our practice remains customer centric: our software and application recommendations are driven at every step by our client’s preferences and best interests.
Technical Support and Continuous Improvement
Our certified NetSuite experts provide a range of technical support and continuous improvement services adapted to your needs. Acting as though they were part of your team, they perform:
- Comprehensive diagnoses and problem identification;
- Restauration of functions;
