LIDD supports clients by implementing our recommendations. Being committed to “making it happen” means that we only give practical recommendations that can truly be realized on the ground.

LIDD defines network capacity requirements, re-engineers processes and layouts in existing warehouses and designs new warehouses from the ground up. We implement our designs to deliver complete, ready-to-use facilities.

Through DC Implementation, LIDD Helps You:

Open your new facility on time and on budget with the support of our experienced commissioning team

Source your architect, general contractor and equipment suppliers by writing detailed specifications and managing the RFP process

Train your staff on new processes, systems and equipment

Transition your operation to a new facility without interrupting your business
