LIDD helps clients optimize the cost and performance of distribution facilities. We define network capacity requirements, re-engineer processes and layouts in existing warehouses and design new distribution centres from the ground up.

We implement our designs and recommendations by commissioning facilities and helping clients move into 3PL services. LIDD works with diverse companies and has special expertise in food & beverage, including grocery, foodservice, liquor distribution and food manufacturing.
