What’s your role:
Our Supply Chain Senior Consultants help design world-class distribution operations. Working with partners, directors, and project managers, you will participate in:
- Development of designs for customers operations
- Successfully deliver implementation or design projects
- Develop research and data collection to understand customer needs
- Implement recommendations or solutions
- Lead and manage a team, including analysts
- Effectively prepare business proposals and presentations
- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers on the overall road map they should pursue, providing a clear vision
- Thorough understanding of client data
- Ability to query large amounts of information to derive meaningful insights
- Independently develop client ready materials and deliverables using strong attention to detail and design
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics and distribution operations
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with project management methodology and data analysis tools
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
- Effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
- Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking
To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering distribution accounting or related field
- Demonstrated experience in a consultant role
- Self-starter and ability to develop more junior staff
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work well in teams and under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken English and French considered as a plus
