Our NetSuite Analysts mix consulting and software development to create world-class distribution operations.
Working with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:
- Helping clients select supply chain software
- Configuring, implementing and supporting new software systems in distribution environments
- Auditing existing operations software and making recommendations for improvements
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and documenting business processes
- Developing scripts that enhance applications, interfaces and reports
- Building custom reports and KPIs
- Attending client-facing project meetings
- Creating and updating training manuals used for process improvements
The Ideal Candidate
Desired Background
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Perfectly written and spoken English
- Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment with pressing deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager
- Ability to travel within the U.S.A and Canada
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time
Desired Skills and Knowledge
- 1-5 years experience using and administrating enterprise SaaS applications
- Experience with NetSuite – SuiteBuilder, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk
- Experience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics oriented software (WMS, TMS, MES)
- Knowledge of inventory management
strategies
- Understands the importance of inventory levels, safety stocks, stock count processes, etc.
- Exposure to web-based development
