Our ERP Sales & Channel Coordinator is a client-facing sales role responsible for managing the lead to close process for NetSuite services prospects. This role also supports leadership to manage LIDD’s direct relationship with Oracle / NetSuite. A successful candidate is comfortable in a software sales ecosystem. Technical expertise and/or NetSuite experience is not required.
You will collaborate with internal LIDD and external NetSuite sales & technical resources to demonstrate to prospective clients that NetSuite, implemented by LIDD, is the best choice for their business. You will also collaborate with external NetSuite resources to support events, seminars, and training.
Day-to-day you will:
- Collaborate with NetSuite account executives to schedule demos, walkthroughs, and calls with prospects
- Collaborate with internal resources to prepare for calls, demos, and client questions
- Manage the end-to-end sales process with an ownership mentality
- Manage responses to RFPs with an ownership mentality
- Develop professional services quotes using internal tools
- Communicate with prospects, NetSuite sales reps, & NetSuite account managers to build relationships and trust
- Think creatively to continuously develop LIDD’s relationship with NetSuite
To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
- 1+ years of experience managing B2B sales or related role, ideally client facing
- An ability to develop a basic understanding of NetSuite’s features, modules, and use cases
- Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be bilingual in English & French (written & oral)
- Comfort selling to consumer products companies. Experience in technology sales is a plus
- Ability to travel in Canada & The United States
