LIDD Real Estate is searching for ambitious sales representatives who are pursuing a rewarding career in the commercial real estate industry.
The successful candidate(s) will have a direct opportunity to learn and work alongside experienced commercial real estate advisors and some of Canada’s most respected supply chain engineers. The incumbent will actively participate in:
- Developing new business primarily through phone calls, in-person meetings, and canvassing
- Scheduling face-to-face meetings with prospective clients requiring real estate and engineering optimization services
- Attending and participating in sales presentations
Ideal Candidate
- Eager to learn and develop professionally in commercial real estate
- Ability to thrive in a boutique environment, while working closely with management
- Willingness to make cold calls and sales presentations
- Committed to punctuality; strong business acumen, supported by values and integrity
- Has excellent written English (French is an asset)
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma
- 1+ years experience in the real estate industry; OR 1-3 years professional experience in B2B sales
- Must obtain and maintain a real estate license that it is in good standing with all governing bodies
- Must maintain an active drivers license, along with routine access to a vehicle
